End-to-End Quality Assurance
Mechart’s Quality Management System (QMS) is a streamlined quality process that reduces risk while ensuring repeatable results at every stage of production.
Inspection Plan
In accordance with Mechart’s QMS an AI system creates bubble diagrams, FAI forms, final and in-process inspection sheets from customer drawings.
First Article Inspection (FAI)
The first part produced is thoroughly inspected in Mechart’s climate controlled quality assurance lab under the supervision of the engineer assigned to the part.
In-Process Inspection
In-process inspection sheets are completed at required intervals with oversight by the engineer assigned to the part.
Final Inspection Report (FIR)
A part is thoroughly inspected as a final step in Mechart’s process. An FIR summarizing the results is compiled and submitted to the customer.
